I am a double board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have been providing mental health services since 2021 in outpatient and in-home settings. I see individuals ages 18 and up. My therapeutic stance is there is no one size fits all. My focus is to provide a realistic approach while still maintaining safety and integrity. I believe to meet people where they are and work to empower them. Working together on individualized plans helps to ensure the best outcome.
My specialties encompass Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Depression, ADHD and Schizophrenia, but I treat all general psychiatric conditions. Through specialized training in Medication Assisted Treatment and Suboxone, I provide evidence-based treatments.
I believe in a complimentary approach of therapy and medication based on the individual needs. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to seek care throughout the mental health care journey.
