Appointments & Messages
If you would like to schedule an appointment or relay a message to your doctor, please call or text the office at 630-325-8893 Option 1 or send a message through the patient portal:
Monday – Thursday 9:00am -4:30pm
Friday 9:00-4:00pm
After business hours, your call will automatically be forwarded to our answering service. You may leave a message with the service, or if it is an emergency, you may ask them to page the doctor on call for the group.
Medication Refills
Please submit your refill requests through your patient portal. Our doctors will review and approve refill requests during our normal business hours.
Certain medications cannot be filled by phone or fax. For these medications, please call our office at 630-325-8893 Option 2 to leave a message with your request. Please allow two business days for this process.
Billing Questions
If you have questions about your bill, please contact the billing department at 630-325-8893 Option 3 or send a message through the patient portal.
